What do we do?
The business of Santander Italia is consumer credit. Our mission is to help people and businesses thrive, with the vision of becoming the best open financial services platform.
How do we do it?
First of all, by acting responsibly. As a bank, we have a strong risk culture and expect all our professionals to be proactive and responsible in risk management. Additionally, it is essential for us to earn the trust of all our stakeholders, as the satisfaction of people is at the heart of our interest. We offer a wide range of financial services to meet the needs of each of our customers: personal loans available online, targeted loans and auto loans, salary-backed loans, leasing, and deposit accounts. Internally, we also pay great attention to people because every day we promote collaboration, encourage continuous skill development through sharing and frequent feedback, and foster an environment where goals are pursued not only with commitment but especially with enthusiasm! For these reasons, Great Place to Work has recognised us as one of the best Italian companies for excellent working conditions.
