What you’ll be doing:
- Client Relationship Support: Carry out daily procedural tasks such as managing deposits to support external and internal client relationships. Join Relationship Managers on client appointments, providing support and follow-up actions. Assist with progressing new account enquiries and collaborate closely with dedicated partners.
- Operational Excellence: Work with other Associates to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the private banking desk, adapting to changing priorities to meet client needs. Maintain compliance by working within current processes, systems, and procedures, and report simple non-compliance issues.
- Growth and Acquisition: Identify opportunities to attract additional deposits from existing and new-to-bank clients. Support Relationship Managers in executing strategies to deepen client relationships and consolidate assets.
- Service Excellence: Deliver exemplary outcomes by providing tailored solutions and proactive support. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies at all times.
- Personal Development: Develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.
