Position
Y Analytics is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Research Assistant to support our Data, Analytics, Reporting, and LP Engagement (DARL) team with special sustainability analytics projects, including creating new dashboards, automating reporting processes, and other data-focused process/program improvements. The Research Assistant will also support TPG's recurring firm-wide sustainability analytics and reporting initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Graduate student or advanced undergraduate (i.e. student entering their final year of undergraduate studies).
- Excellent data analytics skills, including facility with Microsoft Excel and preferably one or more other statistical tool(s) (e.g., VBA, Python, R, SQL).
- Advanced data visualization experience, including the use of one or more dashboarding tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma, Streamlit).
- Experience or demonstrated interest in responsible investing, corporate social responsibility, climate/sustainability, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and fluency in English.
