The Role As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in defining, documenting and governing conceptual business data models and Information Objects across enterprise platforms.
Working closely with Enterprise Architects and Data Governance teams, you will help establish consistent business terminology and high-quality information models that support enterprise architecture, investment data governance and strategic transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Define, document and maintain conceptual business data models and Information Objects across the enterprise landscape.
- Maintain Information Object inventories and enterprise business glossaries within Service Now Enterprise Architecture
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance and business stakeholders to ensure consistency of business information and terminology.
- Support enterprise architecture governance by ensuring conceptual data models align with organisational standards and strategic objectives.
- Contribute to the successful adoption of enterprise information models across projects and transformation initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture or Data Management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience documenting conceptual business information models and enterprise data structures.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance principles and information management best practices.
- Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
