This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented critical thinker to join our team in GIFT City, India.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end reconciliation of dividend and coupon income across all global markets and asset classes.

You will play a key part in scaling, maturing, and automating our reconciliation processes.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve breaks identified through daily dividend and coupon reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties globally to research root causes and drive timely resolution of income breaks.
  • Identify patterns in recurring breaks and provide actionable feedback to improve upstream processes and reduce future exceptions.
  • Document and formalize procedures to ensure consistency, scalability, and knowledge continuity.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis on break trends, aging, and resolution metrics.
  • Partner with technology to evaluate and implement process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

Skills You’ll Need

  • At least 5+ years of experience in reconciliation, corporate actions, income processing, or a related operations function.
  • Strong working knowledge of corporate actions and dividend lifecycles, with emphasis on global market conventions.
  • Deep asset class familiarity across equities, equity swaps, and fixed income products (bonds, credit, rates).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of problems, and drive them to resolution with minimal direction.
  • Comfort working with large, complex data sets and drawing conclusions from them.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across time zones.
  • A controls-oriented mindset with a focus on reducing operational risk.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience at a trading firm, hedge fund, or prime broker preferred.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.
