Responsibilities

  • Supervising Tower's automated trading systems during Asian market hours in a variety of markets for multiple trading teams
  • Assessing live trading for risk and compliance issues and quickly respond to unusual behaviors or market conditions
  • Working closely with risk managers and trading teams to alert key staff of any intraday trading issues and collaborating with Tower's core engineering team, brokers, and exchanges to resolve problems in real time
  • Documenting monitoring procedures and log production issues as they occur

Qualifications

  • At least 0-2 years experience in trading or trade support role
  • Comfortable working in morning & evening shifts
  • Working knowledge of risk control of equities, futures, options, and FX markets
  • Solid experience with high-frequency automated trading strategies
  • An understanding of exchange-specific rules and procedures
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and Linux (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English for business purposes
