Job Duties
Work to transform messaging and advisor experience for growing alternative investment platform. Work closely across groups including sales, product specialists, operations and digital marketing. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of compelling marketing content, executing campaigns, and supporting product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement positioning and narratives for BlackRock’s products through written and digital mediums (e.g. presentations, website, video, brochures).
- Develop deep understanding of financial markets and BlackRock products with the goal of providing insights for product positioning and marketing.
- Build content for alternative investment education.
- Evolve existing content and assist with firm-specific servicing requirements for key partner firms.
- Manage go-to market positioning and strategy for new product launches.
- Use a collaborative approach to work effectively with partners in Marketing, Sales, Product, Compliance and other areas.
- Understand and evaluate stakeholder input and use feedback to inform content and projects.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure projects move forward in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in economics, business administration, finance, or marketing, and 24 months of experience in job offered, or closely related role. Position requires two years of experience in the following:
- Project management and stakeholder management.
- PowerPoint and Excel.
- Alternative investment legal and compliance processes and principles.
- New Product Launches.
- Email marketing and SEO best practices.
- Automation Software including Seismic.
- Technical writing.
- Graphic design and data visualization tools including Tableau and Airtable.
- Compliance Software including Red Oak.
- Bloomberg Wire.
- Python.
Salary and Benefits
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$119,000.00 - USD$135,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
