We're looking for a reliable and motivated project coordinator/PA to support senior leaders in the day-to-day running of property and project workflows.
From managing property refurbishments to coordinating between teams and external partners, this is an exciting opportunity to build real-world experience in project delivery and business administration.
This role is ideal for someone who's eager to grow, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support senior leaders in managing business operations and project activities
- Assist with the sales, lettings, and refurbishment of properties
- Act as a key point of contact between site managers, builders, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
- Track invoices, manage budgets, and ensure accurate payments
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and communication across teams
- Handle tenant issues and ad hoc requests with professionalism and care
- Ensure smooth administrative processes, including record-keeping and filing
- Support with ad hoc requests as they arise
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient / good level in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- 2β3 years' experience in administration, PA support, or project coordination
- A proactive, self-starting attitude, someone who takes initiative and gets things done
- A great communicator who can build rapport across all levels of seniority
