Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Regional Operations Business Support Team in the position of EMEA Operations & Finance Process Analyst.
This position plays a critical role in driving operational and finance system implementations and process improvements across EMEA, actively supporting change management, and contributing to the success of current and future projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities related to operations (finance) system & process implementations and enhancements across EMEA locations
Actively engage with stakeholders and operational teams to drive change and ensure adoption of new processes
Be part of the UAT and constantly check back to overall goals and requirements
Analyze and optimize system functionalities and business processes across multiple countries to ensure efficiency, standardization, and alignment with organizational goals
Dedicate focus to key projects, minimizing delays caused by day-to-day issues or side projects
Provide on-site presence at key locations to facilitate change management and project success
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years’ experience in logistics operations/finance, ideally experience with order management solutions
Systems Affinity and good technological and procedural understanding
Bachelor´s degree in business administration, finance or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and prioritize critical projects
Solid knowledge of operational financial processes & systems
Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
