Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Senior Billing Specialist.
Main Responsibilities- Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
- Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service center
- Random auditing of invoices
- Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is an asset
- Participation in our global Cash Bonus Plan
