The Logistics Integration Specialist will have an active knowledge of application integration and will drive new integrations and improvements to existing integrations with other Enterprise applications in our organization, based on industry standard messaging over API and EDI, using platforms such as n8n and Azure products.

Responsibilities
  • Platform integration specialist, connecting the TMS to Enterprise applications and lo-code supporting solutions
  • Implementation support – Identifying and validating IT business solutions to meet implementation requirements and align requirements with product strategy
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support application releases and rollouts, co-ordinating testing and feedback to development teams. Ensuring knowledge of new features is cascaded
  • Definition of system governance and best practices
  • Implement and manage application interfaces (API, EDI, Kafka) between the TMS and other internal systems, ensuring they meet organisational integration design pattern
  • Vendor management – manage technical relationship and participate in their customer forums and communities to drive TMS development towards our needs
  • Create and manage technology capabilities roadmap and prioritization
  • Alignment with platform administrators in other regions to ensure consistency of process and adherence to standards
  • Identify technology solutions to meet business and financial objectives
  • Ensure alignment with company’s maxims and enterprise technology standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain engineering, or supply chain logistics
  • Minimum 3 years of integration experience, ideally within Logistics industry
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and associated technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of EDI and API integration
  • Python knowledge, for purpose of data translation and mapping
  • Experience with lo-code and automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, LogicApps
  • Fluent in English to a high-level
  • Strong organization, time management and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
