Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Technology Solutions Team in the position of IT Solutions Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
- Executing product development in the appointed region to enable the realization of Commercial and Operations growth strategies and objectives
- Executing the implementation and deliver regional solutions to regional and local offices successfully
- Implementing the service delivery initiatives such as data migration, systems integration testing, support and end-user training
- Assisting with customer migration plan to seamlessly transition from one system to another
- Providing continuous and post-implementation support
- Reviewing and updating policies, processes and best practices to ensure high standards of customer solutions and service delivery to support customer growth strategies
- Providing technical inputs on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
- Preparing timelines, test environment, tools and approaches required, work allocation and support in quality testing
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing regional IT role and experience in logistics (Air, Ocean and Land) is a must
- Experience and understanding of EDI and API is a must
- TMS, WMS/Contract logistics experience is a nice to have
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
