Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Project Management & Customer Implementation Team in the position of Customer Implementation Project Manager . Main responsibilities: Translating the customer needs into APLL terminology and leading the customer implementation from the on-boarding, or re-implementation when needed Leading the Project Management topics into our operational, regional team Verifying with the Systems, Processes, Training, Agents Pillars on potential lean implementation opportunities.
