Right now, we're looking for a new colleague to join our Technology Solutions team in the position of Senior Product Owner. This role will support operational processes within our customer-facing platform, managing the product backlog, collaborating with development teams, and understanding the intersection with our customers and new operational applications.
Main Responsibilities- Participate in consultation sessions to gather stakeholders' requirements and needs
- Translating business needs into business requirement definitions
- Explore alternative approaches to resolve user issues while ensuring logical product enhancements
- Provide technical input on quality gaps to the development team to improve product quality
- Assist in the preparation of quality testing and follow up with the respective stakeholders
- Support the training for various APLL teams for product familiarization and product launch flows
- Be the first point-of-contact for customers related issues; provide ongoing and post-implementation support
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product role or working closely with digital product teams
- Previous experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain sectors
- Understanding of UX design and user-friendly products
- Familiarity with tools in the product space such as Jira, Figma, Monday.com
- Skilled at working with cross-functional teams
- Able to manage a product backlog and work with stakeholders to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English to a high-level
