We are seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join our Operations Team at APL Logistics, a global supply chain service provider across automotive, consumer, industrial, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
- Driving process improvement of the billing and costing performed by the international service center
- Randomly auditing invoices
- Ensuring and supporting the profitability of shipments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or accounting roles
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is an asset
