Providing accurate and timely support in the overall day to day Reward efforts across the organization, with specific focuses on compensation across the organization, especially on compensation and benefits data management. You will be implementing and administering compensation and benefits programmes.
Compensation and Benefits Review and Operations
- Participate in the review and analysis templates for annual salary / bonus review cycles, and any other periodic reporting e.g. quarterly true ups to Finance for bonus provisions.
- Coordinate and review benefits programmes by working with Regional/ Country HR managers and Global Rewards Manager.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation related questions such as job evaluation, market data, Cash Bonus plan and Long-term incentive plan from our HR colleagues globally, and escalate to the Compensation and Benefits Manager as required.
- Maintain and create current standard operating procedures.
- Assist with legal compliance requirements, including annual filings, audits, and mandated testing.
- Work closely with vendors, establishing close working relationships and monitoring compliance with SLAs.
- Assist in ad-hoc queries and projects.
Job Analysis and Evaluation
- Support the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes; produce job descriptions/role profiles and associated scoping data.
Mobility
- Assist with International Assignment and relocation.
Annual Pay and Benefits Review
- Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses; contribute to the drafting of communications and the preparation of management decision-making tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in performing role regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR.
