We are seeking a dependable and proactive On-Site Patrol Manager to oversee our security operatives across multiple client locations, including bus garages and railway track environments. This role involves regular on-site visits to ensure compliance, maintain strong client relationships, and identify any operational changes that may impact our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and unscheduled patrols at assigned client sites, mainly during late-night shifts.
- Ensure operatives are wearing the correct uniform and PPE and are adhering to all site safety standards.
- Observe and record any changes or updates made by clients that the company needs to be aware of.
- Build and maintain strong communication with client site managers and staff.
- Complete thorough patrol reports, incident documentation, and update logs after each visit.
- Provide support to operatives, including welfare checks, guidance, and on-site problem resolution.
- Promote and uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and service quality.
- Respond to on-site issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications
