Spectrum Control is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to drive the transfer of new electronic products from concept to production ramp-up. You will work across design, manufacturing, process, test, quality, and supply-chain teams to ensure products are robust, manufacturable, and ready for repeatable production.

You will lead design reviews and production-readiness activities, support PPAP documentation, and ensure effective handover into production with strong root cause analysis.
