Spectrum Control is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to drive the transfer of new electronic products from concept to ramp‑up.
You will work with design, manufacturing, process, test, quality and supply chain teams to ensure robust, manufacturable and testable products.
You will lead manufacturing design reviews and support production‑readiness activities, with a focus on process development, BOM, drawings and documentation alignment across teams.
