About Aphex
At Aphex, we believe the best way to improve construction delivery is to give people the tools and time to do their jobs. That’s why we’re on a mission to transform how major projects plan, communicate and track their work. Our tools bring clarity and visibility to every corner of the project, empowering anyone on site to plan and communicate with ease. Our customers are the industry’s giants—building the tunnels, roads, bridges, and skyscrapers that define our cities. Our users are the engineers and project managers who breathe life into these projects. We’re at an exhilarating phase of our journey. Since launching in the UK in 2019, our platform has become the dominant solution for infrastructure and major construction projects across the UK. We’ve also successfully launched and captured that same position in Australia and New Zealand, with most of these three countries’ infrastructure projects now operating on Aphex. Building on this success, we’re actively targeting expansion into new markets, including Europe, North America and Asia, creating an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone to join at this pivotal moment.
The Role
This Account Executive role is perfectly suited for someone ambitious and seeking a changing career trajectory where they can be the architect of their own success. You’ll be joining a high-performing UK team of sales and customer success professionals. It’s perfect for someone with a deep understanding of construction, eager to leverage their experience in a fast moving and rewarding environment where they can shape their own path. As an Account Executive, you’ll embody this principle—establishing relationships, deploying projects that deliver value, and then helping companies see that value and adopt it throughout the business. The role combines working on UK accounts as well as supporting our executive team in our goals to build great beachheads and relationships into Europe and North America, which will be serviced out of the UK hub.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive value for both parties
- Collaborate closely with customer success teams throughout the customer journey
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
