We currently have the following Customer Delivery Team Leader roles are available. Candidates will be assessed for their suitability for each role and will be posted accordingly.

  • Customer Delivery Team Leader for Continuous Improvement and Performance.

  • Customer Delivery Team Leader for Customer Delivery Team.

As a Customer Delivery Team Leader, your role will involve a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including, but not be limited to the following:

Performance Management (team):

  • Take responsibility for the team and its outputs.

  • Ensure work is carried out in the most effective, efficient way to utilise skills, knowledge and resource capacity.

  • Managing performance and rewarding and recognising good performance.

  • Champion diversity and inclusion.

Target Delivery:

  • Ensuring work is delivered on time and at the required quality standards.

  • Raising issues as and when appropriate.

  • When targets are in jeopardy, escalating to senior management.

Responding to emergencies:

  • Being flexible to adapt to changing situations across Scotland and responding with energy and commitment to take on additional tasks that may be outside the normal day to day duties.

  • Motivating those in your team to respond to changing demands, providing support and guidance.

Leading Change, Improvements and Performance:

  • Championing and providing support to colleagues and senior management to identify, inform of and embed relevant process changes, best practice and benefit of continuous improvement (CI) across Scotland Field Delivery.

  • Ensuring that those within the team are kept informed of relevant process changes and the reasons for them.

  • Undertake training and promote any CI initiatives and training sessions in line with business strategies.

  • Ensuring that the team are upskilled and can implement new ways of working and do so effectively.

  • Reporting to the senior management team progress updates relating to delivery of work areas.
