We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our L3 Production Support team. This role is integral to our front-office operations, requiring a proactive, hands-on individual who can operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide end-to-end production support for trading systems and applications ensuring seamless front-office operations.
- Engage in frequent problem management, ensuring long-term stability of systems.
- Be ready to transform support, drive effort reduction, strategic fixes, build knowledge repository, shift left and more.
Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python) is required. Prior experience supporting front-office systems is highly desirable, but candidates must demonstrate a willingness to embrace the challenges of such a role.
