As a Senior Product Manager within the Core Engineering practice, you will own the execution and roadmap for a high-visibility, executive-facing application. This role involves driving product delivery and long-term architecture decisions while ensuring alignment with the needs of senior stakeholders. You will be instrumental in expanding features and shaping the future of a critical internal application embedded within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for a high-profile, executive-facing application within Apexon's Core Engineering practice.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align delivery with organizational goals.
- Drive feature development with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Lead complex reporting efforts to provide transparency into product performance and progress.
- Shape the long-term architecture of the application, including evaluating potential cloud-based solutions for scalability and standardization.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.

Required Qualifications

- Strong experience in hybrid product and delivery roles, balancing technical and business requirements.
