We are a digital-first technology services company backed by private equity. We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our London team, focusing on Banking & Financial Services (BFS) clients. The role involves growing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities through services and solutions selling. The ideal candidate will have experience in a client-facing role, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Client Partners in managing and growing strategic BFS accounts.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across technology and business functions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services and solutions.
- Drive new logo acquisition in targeted BFS accounts in the UK & Europe.
- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to shape and present value-led solutions.
- Participate in RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Track account performance, pipeline, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Apexon at client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in client-facing roles (account management, sales, business development, or consulting).
- Strong exposure to IT services/solutions selling.
- Experience with Banking & Financial Services clients preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work with aggressive growth targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of local market dynamics in the UK (experience in EU/Ireland is a plus).
