We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic client projects in the Energy and Utility sectors. The Project Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions while ensuring delivery excellence. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by managing the delivery of ongoing projects, addressing escalations, and collaborating with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation to work with business stakeholders and technical experts, shaping solutions that align with our clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring deep understanding of their business challenges and priorities.
- Establish and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXO‑level executives.
- Oversee the delivery of ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular status updates, address delivery challenges, and proactively manage escalations.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to define project requirements, shape solutions, and create detailed delivery plans.
- Maintain and manage project RAID ensuring alignment with the Programme.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in delivering software projects within a technology consultancy or related environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects in complex enterprise‑size organizations in the Utilities, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in application development, data engineering, or cloud technologies, enabling you to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements, including overseeing delivery teams, handling escalations, and driving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus‑building skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in technology or management are a plus.
