We are an early stage UK startup building technology for the adult social care sector and are currently seeking an experienced care professional to support product development and operational alignment.
We are looking for someone with hands on experience in care home operations, compliance, and regulatory processes who can provide practical insight into how care teams work in real environments.
Ideal Background
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Care Home Manager
- Deputy Manager
- CQC Compliance / Governance
- Quality Assurance in Adult Social Care
- Senior Care Operations
- Care Consultancy
- Former CQC Inspector (preferred but not required)
