As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the pre and post contract commercial aspects of projects ranging in size and complexity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various stages of commercial management within a diverse and challenging environment.
YOUR TEAM
You will be part of our Project Management and Commercial Management Team, which consists of around 400 people across the UK providing Programme and Project Management, Commercial Management, and Project Controls Services to deliver Buildings and Infrastructure Projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CostX and CEMAR software is desirable.
- Previous experience in a Commercial management or consulting role is an advantage, particularly within the water, energy, environment, infrastructure, or transport sectors.
- RICS or CIOB chartership is advantageous, but working towards your RICS or CIOB is considered.
- Hold a degree or similar higher education qualification.
