The Role: Supporting clients in Portsmouth and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. Those on walking rotas will receive an adjusted pay rate. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work is preferred. Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring. With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.
