We are looking for a highly motivated, resilient, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our internal sales team. This is a purely office-based, outbound-focused role where your primary objective is to prospect, cold call, qualify leads, and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.   • High-Volume Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to target businesses via phone to generate interest in Apex Workwear’s products and services.
  • Qualify prospects: Identify their PPE and workwear needs, and successfully book well-qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Email & LinkedIn Outreach: Pipeline & CRM Management: Meticulously log all daily activities, call outcomes, and lead information in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and pipeline visibility.
  • Sales/Telesales Experience: Previous experience surpassing gatekeepers in a successful B2B telesales, lead generation, or outbound SDR role is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication: An excellent phone manner with the ability to confidently engage and build rapport with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and basic sales outreach tools.
