Role Overview: As Spa Treatment Manager you will be responsible for the flawless running of our newest site, Yu Spa Edinburgh. You will take pride in creating a relaxing retreat within the hotel, giving guests a memorable, friendly spa experience. No two days are the same and being able to multitask, prioritise and self-motivate is key. You will be leading, mentoring, and inspiring the spa team while working alongside other hotel team members. You will be a trusted advisor to the key stakeholders in the spa team along with the Head of Spa who you will report into.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Responsible for all daily Yu Spa Treatment operations, including scheduling of staff to meet business demand and ensuring high levels of guest service, cleanliness, and knowledge of services.
- This includes delivering treatments yourself as the business needs require.
- Monitor and control KPIs.
