About the Role
We’re supporting a senior‑led, technology consultancy that’s building its core consulting team as it scales. The firm was founded by experienced leaders from top‑tier consulting backgrounds and has been created to do things differently: lean teams, senior accountability, and real delivery outcomes, rather than large pyramids and slide‑heavy programmes.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role across the full lifecycle of transformation programmes — from early discovery and scoping through to delivery and embedding change. This is a hands‑on consulting role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with clients and technical specialists to turn ideas into outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading defined workstreams or small projects within larger digital or technology‑enabled transformation programmes.
- Working at the discovery and scoping stage, helping shape problem statements, delivery approaches, and project plans before delivery begins.
- Owning business analysis and stakeholder alignment, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Working closely with technical SMEs (ERP, data, AI, engineering, platform specialists) to ensure solutions are viable, aligned, and delivered effectively.
- Managing and influencing mid‑to‑senior stakeholders, driving clarity, decisions, and progress.
- Supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle, including testing, data migration, change activity, and go‑live support where required.
