We're seeking a Mechanical Revit Coordinator with at least 3 years’ experience to join a leading M&E contractor working on technically complex projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating mechanical ventilation, heating, and cooling systems - ideally including experience working on plant rooms.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating detailed mechanical services in Revit (ventilation, heating & cooling)
- Working with MEP Stage 4 design information - layouts, schematics, specifications & schedules
- Attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops
- Raising RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Using Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Fabrication tools within Revit
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive mindset, good team player, and inquisitive nature
- Comfortable working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
- Must live within commutable distance to East Croydon Station
- Preferred (not essential): Experience leading small teams
- Degree or HNC/HND in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related
- Experience with M&E contractors and/or site-based coordination
- CSCS card holder
