As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing top candidates, focusing primarily on tech-oriented interim and permanent placements across the UK and Europe. Your main role will be to source top-tier candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay current with tech recruitment trends: Provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
