The assignment requires an experienced IP and transport engineer to support enterprise network integration, transport validation, WAN/MPLS connectivity, VPN integration, security alignment and acceptance testing. Key responsibilities Validate enterprise LAN integration, IP addressing, VLAN and VRF configuration. Verify routing implementation, including OSPF configuration and enterprise MPLS integration. Validate transport-path resiliency and support WAN connectivity troubleshooting. Validate firewall policies, IPSec VPN connectivity, network segmentation and QoS alignment. Execute throughput and latency testing and support fault-management and integration validation. Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, routing, firewall and VPN issues.
