Infor M3 Consultant - Finance or Manufacturing

We are looking to meet an experienced INFOR M3 CONSULTANT with experience in Finance or Manufacturing interested in joining the outstanding Apex multi-country team.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES CAN RESIDE ANYWHERE IN:

• THE NETHERLANDS
• FRANCE

(Current permanent work authorization will be required)

Position Summary

Consultants have responsibility for leading their workstream for one or more ERP Infor M3 implementation projects across our client base. The consulting team will build relationships with the client to assess their needs through data analytics and implementing solutions using Apex-developed tools. Our team works with client leaders to solve business problems and maintain the appropriate level of support throughout the project engagement.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant Infor M3 experience in a project-based setting.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Current permanent work authorization required.
• Advanced level of English (other European languages will be highly valued)

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ project experience in Infor M3 ERP implementations (full lifecycle implementation experience).
• Experience in M3 Finance or Manufacturing in a multi tenant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proven data/analytical and process redesign skills.
• Excellent written and documentation skills.
• Appropriately influencing and negotiating with clients, willingness to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Flexible mind-set to fully understand and integrate consulting methodology with a high level of critical thinking.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and tools.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent education/professional experience combination.
