We're looking for a Visual Designer with exceptional craft and execution skills who can autonomously deliver work on execution briefs. This will enable them to take the right design decisions and understand how to improve them. The Visual Designer should have a solid understanding of UX and UI, and have extensive hands-on experience working with Webflow. The candidate should feel confident in the visual field and be experienced in making pitch decks, mockups, webflow components and pages, and interactive prototypes. Additionally, they should feel comfortable participating and contributing to creative and innovative ideas when required. Their portfolio should contain great examples of craft and design, and they should be up to date with global trends in design. Sponsorships or theatrical experience and client-facing presentation skills are preferable.

Key job responsibilities:
- UI design, motion ideas, and designs for innovative advertising experiences for global brands.
- Take direction from AD, who sets overall creative vision, concept and visual strategy, and then execute the creative vision.
- Create customer-centered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, Amazon design and motion patterns into intuitive solutions.
- Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with internal design teams.
- Create on-brand design solutions for all Amazon owned and operated channels that meet measurable business goals.
- Partner with art directors, copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, and content producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
- Deliver high-quality look and feel and designs for campaigns across different Amazon touch-points.
- Develop webflow templates and components which can be scaled across multiple campaigns, and be used by the wider team.
- Measure and evaluate current processes within the department and improve them through documentation.
Basic qualifications:
- Experience working in advertising, design departments, digital.
- Proven experience in design/communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments.
- An online creative portfolio demonstrating design skill-set.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and process, visual design skills, and interactive/digital advertising experiences that solve for a customer/business problem.
- Demonstrable in-depth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, WebFlow).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize various tasks effectively to meet even challenging deadlines.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities.
- Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment.
- Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with development roles and designers.
- Proficiency in English.
