We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Roofing Site Manager to deliver Planned Roofing Works and full re roofing projects

All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, we are looking for candidates with experience working for a specialised roofing contractor.

The current projects are on pitched roofs so experience is necessary.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Site Manager with a determined and motivated attitude.

You will be instrumental in managing the Quality, Team and Site and leading a team of subcontractors.

This is a purely site based role and you will need to be able to work safely at height to perform daily inspections on the roofs.

  • Ensure the delivery of the projects within budget and time scales
  • Experience as a Site Manager delivering social housing / planned roofing maintenance projects
