Our clients are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor background to be based from their Newbury office. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in commercial best practices, contract administration, cost management, and robust internal procedures.

This is a key role that will help instil strong QS discipline across the commercial team. An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to complement the team in being able to enforce structure and consistency, improving documentation and compliance without compromising commercial agility.

Experience in social housing, roofing, planned maintenance, or term contracts is a bonus.
