Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of multiple projects, drive performance, and lead delivery teams across our portfolio.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing a range of refurbishment and regeneration projects across social housing and schools. You will:
- Lead and manage multiple project teams across live sites
- Oversee delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Drive health & safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships (housing associations, local authorities, education providers)
- Support commercial performance and contribute to business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within construction
- Strong background in social housing refurbishment, regeneration, or education projects
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and performance
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing experience
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
