Roofing Contracts Manager in Eastbourne

We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to deliver Planned Roofing Works, full re roofing projects and new build projects All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients, we are looking for candidates with experience working for a MAIN CONTRACTOR, with considerable roofing knowledge and experience This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors. Key skills/ requirements: • Ensure the delivery of the projects within budget and time scales • Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned roofing maintenance projects • Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget • Focus on quality, customer service and deliver • Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works • Client and tenant satisfaction • Process Management • Management of the customer • Have an understanding of the financials on the contract • Customer liaison skills You must have previous experience in Contracts Management with a strong roofing knowledge to be considered
