Apex Search & Selection is proud to be partnering with a leading specialist contractor delivering high-specification cleanroom and controlled environment projects across Ireland.
Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of secured work, we're looking to appoint an experienced Project Planner to join their construction team, supporting projects across County Kildare and Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business operating at the forefront of pharmaceutical, life sciences and advanced manufacturing construction.
The Opportunity
As Project Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are planned, monitored and delivered successfully from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with Project Managers, site teams and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes.
- Produce baseline programmes, progress updates and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project performance against programme milestones.
- Identify programme risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
- Support tender planning and project reporting.
- Provide accurate progress reports for internal and client meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Planner within the construction industry.
- Strong Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project experience.
- Excellent programme management and reporting skills.
- Ability to work across multiple live projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, industrial or M&E projects would be advantageous.
