Apex Scotland is seeking a dedicated Practitioner (35 hours per week) to join our National Upside Service, covering the Tayside area. This full‑time role focuses on supporting people with convictions to transition back into the community, in collaboration with SPS, social work, and partners.
You will conduct risk assessments, maintain records, and provide a person‑centred engagement experience, with flexible or hybrid working arrangements and travel across Scotland as required.
