We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves safe and timely delivery and collection of parcels within a designated route, ensuring excellent service standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect parcels within a defined geographical area, adhering to assigned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently from the vehicle.
- Ensure accurate scanning, tracking, and proof of delivery for all items.
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as a professional representative of the business.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any faults promptly.
- Comply with all road traffic laws, health & safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery targets and service level agreements.
- Oversee parcels with care, ensuring no damage during transit.
