A high-end 5 star Hotel group (3) based in the heart of Knightsbridge London SW1 are seeking a Payroll Manager with previous experience of the Hotel / Hospitality industry for a rewarding career opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of HR the Payroll Manager will lead a small team in the day to day operation of the companies payroll for 3 high end central London based Hotel properties.

The Payroll Manager will lead and develop the payroll team to provide effective support and advice to the business on all payroll matters. Develop the team’s payroll knowledge and expertise.

The Payroll Manager will also appraise and train where necessary, and ensure all team members are up to date on current payroll legislation.

About You

  • 2+ years experience in a similar commercial role as a Payroll Manager
  • Experience of the Hotel, Hospitality or equivalent industry
  • Advanced Excel skills (Essential)
  • Advanced reporting skills (both running reports and analysis) (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels of the business in a professional manner (Essential)
