We are currently recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of a bespoke electrical and mechanical engineering company who manage the complete mechanical engineering process including design, manufacture and commissioning. They mainly work within Water Utilities.
Operating over 35 years, they are a family owned organisation who have gained a reputable name within the industry for their high-quality work and excellent customer service. They have a client base which boasts some of the biggest names in the engineering sector. Mainly working within the Waste Water and Clean Water industries they provide a range of services including surveying through to design, fabrication, installation and implementation.
As the Electrician you will be working on a range of equipment including pumps, motors, control panels, lights etc. This role will require the ability to effectively liaise with internal staff (both senior and junior) and external clients / contractors in a polite, professional and courteous manner, providing electrical / controls technical support requirements for multiple projects company wide.
This is a permanent position based out of Reading, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Perks include Van & Fuel Card, private use of van, door to door travel, overtime, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, training & development etc.
Starting rate is £21ph but with 2391 (test and inspect).
