We are currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Installation Engineer on behalf of a successful family‐run heating contractor who specialises in commercial and domestic heating services. Established over 25 years, the company provides service, repair and installation heating services to customers throughout Redcar, Middlesbrough, Teesside, Cleveland and North Yorkshire.
You will be professional, organised, methodical, customer‐service driven, a good communicator and prepared to use their in‐house job management system. Their business is built on professional workmanship, very high standards of customer service and customer retention and they hope the successful candidate can follow this path.
We are looking for candidates with experience across all major manufacturers. The salary ranges from £42k to £47k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The standard contract is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Optional overtime or Saturday‐morning work is often available.

Skills & Attributes
- Domestic Gas Qualifications.
- OFTEC, LPG and Commercial are beneficial, but not essential.
- Experienced in installing domestic heating systems.
- An eye for detail and a desire to work to a very high standard.
- Good customer service skills.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Able to adhere to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
