DIVISION MANAGER – COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS SUPPORT
Location: Watford Head Office
Apex Resources Ltd is looking to invest in an experienced recruitment specialist to build and lead our Commercial & Business Support division from our Head Office in Watford.
This is not simply another desk-running opportunity.
We are looking for someone who wants to build, develop and manage a division of their own.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will have the autonomy to develop your own market, actively win new business and build a successful temporary Commercial & Business Support division.
You will have the backing of Apex Resources, including the tools, resources and business support required to give you the platform to succeed.
The long-term opportunity is to build a team underneath you.
As the division grows, we will invest in additional 360 recruitment talent under your remit, giving you the opportunity to build a team, increase your earning potential and progress within the business.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want to speak with experienced recruitment specialists who have a strong background within temporary Commercial & Business Support markets.
You should be confident in:
- Developing and growing client relationships
- Running a 360 recruitment desk
- Building a temporary recruitment market
- Identifying and developing new opportunities
- Working autonomously and taking ownership of your division
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the ambition to build rather than simply maintain.
