Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, on a rotating schedule
We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join a hotel team in Watford.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the housekeeping team
- Allocate daily cleaning duties and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
- Check guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Train and support housekeeping staff when required
- Deal with any housekeeping issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a hotel environment
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7 on a rotating basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Rate: £15.21 per hour
