Apex Resources Ltd is currently looking for a warehouse administrator for our client based in Irvine who specializes in delivering comprehensive logistics solutions, supported by state-of-the-art warehousing facilities and bespoke contract packing services tailored to our clients' needs.

Main purpose of the job

The main purpose of this role is to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse by providing reliable administrative coordination across warehousing and transport activities. The position contributes to accurate stock management, delivery processes, effective handling of stock, and consistent adherence to service, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day warehouse administration support and ensure accurate process follow-up
  • Maintain effective stock and inventory control, including receiving, picking, and discrepancy reporting
  • Administer inbound and outbound warehouse documentation and data entry
  • Coordinate transport
