The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to drive performance and achieve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion
- Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements
- Monitor progress and address risks, variations, and delays
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Prepare and report on project performance, costs, and timelines
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
- Strong knowledge of civil works (e.g. earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
